Ahead of voting for a EU referendum in 2017, Eleanor Laing spoke passionately about issues that are affecting our Country and our local area at a dinner for members and friends. Just under 100 people listened carefully to the challenges Eleanor believes will shape the future of the UK in the coming years.
Chairman of the Epping Forest Conservative Association, Simon Jones said:
"From the economy to planning, from youth employment to equal marriage, people were captivated by Eleanor's enthusiasm and thought process. She really gave us an insight to her work and we are all delighted that she is standing up for local residents in Westminster."
The audience had a number of local Councillors, members from all parts of the constituency and high number of people under the age of 30.
The Supper Evening was one of a series of events that bring politicians, local business and residents together. The next is with Emma Pidding, who is the most senior Conservative volunteer. Book tickets now to avoid disappoint.
