Representing you at  Essex County Councillor, Marshall is also a Parish Councillor, he is a retired engineer who has lived in Buckhurst Hill for 35 years.

He serves as a  trustee at the Grange Farm Centre, and also supports a local charity that supports underachieving Students get back into the world of work.

Marshall also sits as a committee member on the Lee Valley Authority.

He represents on Essex County Council.
